Twelve Step Program to Meeting Quality Matters

This session will highlight the 12-Step Checklists  developed by the Online Course Improvement Program (OCIP) at New Mexico State University (NMSU). The checklists translate the QM standards into actionable steps, which help faculty “see” how a standard looks in an online course. Faculty also use the checklists when developing or revising an online course as a quality assurance measure. OCIP team members will share samples of the 12-Step Checklists and encourage participants to share their strategies and resources in support of faculty developing and/or revising online courses. Ideas will be captured and shared via social media after the presentation.
