This presentation will introduce the Online Course Improvement Program(OCIP). OCIP provides professional development for faculty in a higher education setting, who are interested in improving their online or hybrid course. The presenters see OCIP as a possible model for others interested in providing support to faculty for improved online course delivery which in turn should produce a more satisfied student when it comes to online delivery of course content.
