This facilitated workshop introduces participants to the QM Quality Assurance System. A brief overview of QM is provided, followed by an exploration into the question, “Why QM?”. QM Rubrics and the types of course reviews are introduced. The workshop culminates in the development of a personal plan for continued engagement with Quality Matters.

Offer This Workshop With Your Own QM-Certified Facilitator

If your organization is part of a Full, Consortium or System subscription, your membership includes the option to deliver the Introduction to Quality Matters and the Applying the QM Rubric workshops with a facilitator from your institution.

All you need is a QM-certified Facilitator for online APPQMR*. Once the certification course is completed, information about completing the role application, requesting the workshop and other details will be provided. If your institution already has a QM-Certified Facilitator, they can find more information about the workshops they can deliver in the Certified Online APPQMR Facilitator Resource Site.

*Virtual options are also available in lieu of face-to-face modality during pandemic conditions.
