Leadership Lab: Applying QM Rubrics for Course Improvement
This self-paced lab offers sector-specific tracks for higher education, corporate and K-12 professionals, providing opportunities for participants to apply quality standards to real-world scenarios. A structured Quality Improvement Plan will be used to frame the lab work. This lab complements work completed in the QM Leadership Bootcamp series and other leadership coursework participants may have participated in.

- Design and implement a customized Quality Improvement Program using Quality Matters standards that address the specific needs of your educational sector (higher education, corporate, or K-12).
- Apply QM rubrics to evaluate and enhance real-world courses while balancing ongoing professional responsibilities.
- Develop practical strategies for integrating Quality Matters principles into your specific educational environment to improve course quality and learning outcomes.
Ability to read and write standard business English.

This lab is currently available as part of the QM Leadership Bootcamp Package only. The lab begins September 1, 2025 and participants will have until September 19, 2025 to complete their work before the session closes.
