Best Practices for Online Learning: A Roadmap to Quality (Webinar)
This two-hour webinar will help your team navigate a pathway toward quality online learning. We’ll cover foundational best practices for online design and executing your design with active online teaching while teasing out the substantive, impactful differences between face-to-face and online learning. We'll also focus on ways to elevate interaction, presence, and student engagement in the online classroom and touch on online-specific considerations, such as digital accessibility and technology. Gather your group of 10+ participants for this presentation that can be scheduled as a stand-alone webinar or as part of the New to Online Teaching package.

- Connection of research-based best practices to QM Standards and helps orient faculty to the QM Rubric, which they can use to evaluate and improve their course design.
Participants will need a laptop or computer with a camera and microphone (headset preferred).
A commitment of 2 hours to attend the webinar.
Participants will receive a "Welcome" email seven days prior to the start of the webinar with information on accessing the session and a "Webinar Begins" email the day of the session that includes the URL to access the webinar.
